Lumières sur Paris is not a book like any other. It is the fruit of a long and painstaking effort during which I scoured the sublime city in search of untamable glows, elusive reflections, and flamboyant bursts of light. I brought back over 15,000 photos in my net, at the cost of countless return trips to frequently visited sites and exceptional places—most of which will remain secret—that reveal, each in their own way, whole dimensions of an unsuspected Parisian beauty.
