Following Xposure, this series was presented during a month-long residency at Gallery X in Sharjah, after being selected among more than 100 exhibiting photographers. The opportunity offered a more intimate setting to engage with the work and continue the dialogue with visitors.
It was a pleasure to once again share the stories and process behind these images with an international audience, in a space that encouraged slower viewing and deeper conversations.
As with Xposure, experiencing the photographs in large format remained central—allowing the atmosphere and detail of Huangshan to fully resonate.
